SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services into the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed about the significant quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area status sassa on a daily basis. The provider issue developed for intervention ordeals a higher influx of opportunity beneficiaries, which makes it challenging for that Workplace to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to allow the servicing of all buyers and maximize website access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
